Our Kennel is located in
rural South Dakota, where one can still experience an abundance of
big and small wild game. The Drahthaars, both young and old, enjoy
the benefits of the family ranch which includes over 11,000 acres of
excellent upland bird habitat and cold clean water for training. Our
adult dogs are hunted regularly during the season from September
until March, with the summer being used for conditioning and
refreshing basic obedience, field and water work, and blood tracking
for advanced dogs.
